In May 2006 I will be cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats in order to raise money for St Clare Hospice in Hastingwood, Essex. This will be in memory of my late friend, Philip Evans. Phil passed away in the Hospice in late 2005 after losing a two year battle with bowel cancer. Phil spoke highly of the care he received from the hospice staff during the six weeks he spent in their care. Phil left a wife and four children, two of whom were very young.
Due to the fantastic support I have received so far I have already met my original sponsorship target of £2000, so I have added another £500 to the target.
